CABIN STUDIO — MONTHLY STUDIO RENTAL AGREEMENT
This agreement is between Cabin Studio ("Studio") and the applicant ("Member").
1. MEMBERSHIP: Member receives 25 hours of studio access per calendar month at $500/month ($20/hr), billed automatically via Stripe on the 1st of each month.
2. ACCESS HOURS: Monthly members may only book studio time between 12:00 AM and 12:00 PM (midnight to noon). Regular business hours (12:00 PM – midnight) are reserved for regular session bookings.
3. SELF-RECORDING ONLY: Monthly membership is for self-recording only. No in-house engineer is provided during member sessions.
4. OVERAGE: Hours used beyond 25/month are billed at $20/hr automatically.
5. DEPOSIT: A security deposit (amount set by Studio) is due before access is granted. The deposit is refundable upon cancellation provided the studio is returned in good condition.
6. CONDUCT: Member agrees to treat the studio equipment and space with care. Damage to equipment may result in charges and immediate termination of membership.
7. CANCELLATION: Either party may cancel with 30 days notice. The Studio reserves the right to terminate membership immediately for violations of this agreement.
8. EQUIPMENT: Member may not alter, move, or remove any Studio equipment. Member brings their own hard drives and storage media.
9. GUEST POLICY: Member may not allow non-members access to the studio during their booked sessions without prior written approval from Studio management.
